Is your brass guaranteed once fired?

Yes, it is all guaranteed once-fired. Customers may return it within 10 days of receiving it if they are not fully satisfied, though the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do your prices include shipping?

Yes, postal shipping is included on all once-fired brass. UPS is available for an extra charge. Some products (loaded ammunition, primers) must ship UPS.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Once your order is placed, it is normally shipped within 3-5 days. Please either call or email us to request tracking information for your order if desired.

Is the brass tarnished?

Our brass is in very good condition. We do not sell tarnished brass. If the brass needs to be cleaned, we clean it at no extra charge.

Do you polish the brass?

Most brass is shipped unpolished. We only polish/tumble/clean the brass unless we feel that it needs to be polished before we sell it. If we are requested to polish/tumble the brass, there will be a $3.00 per 1000 fee. Please see our polishing options here. (Discounts on cleaning brass MAY apply on larger orders, please call for details.)

How do I pay?

We accept money orders or the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card . (Sorry, we DO NOT accept Paypal.)

Do you accept international orders?

Is the brass from the same lot number?

We can’t guarantee that it is all from the same lot. Law enforcement agencies use large amounts of ammunition and may order two or three pallets of ammunition at different times to fulfill their needs.
